I was doing some final functional testing in production and this morning I got a summary email regarding the transactions that I created via the Order and Payment apis. Basically, a type of daily summary email.
I did 3 transactions and afterwards I refunded/returned each of them using the dashboard. The email does not reflect these refunds. Whereas the dashboard does. Screenshots of both are below.
I would expect the email to include the returns in the ‘RETURNS’ amount and adjust the ‘TAX’ and ‘TOTAL COLLECTED’ accordingly. I’m guessing net sales should be adjusted as well.
